If my event is at 1pm, what time will my rental arrive?
Your rental will be delivered no later than 1 hour before your event begins unless our schedule permits for us to deliver earlier than that.
When do I pay for my rental?
Full payment is due the day of the event before the rental is set up.
How do I pay for my event?
We gladly accept cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard via Venmo and CashApp
Are reservation necessary?
Yes, reservations are necessary. We suggest calling 1 to 2 weeks in advance for booking in order to make sure the inflatable of your choice is available.
Can I use the Water Slide without water?
Yes! Each Water Slide can also be used as a Dry Slide for a different price.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! We deliver, set up and take down each unit. We also ensure that it is properly cleaned and sanitized as well as being in good working condition before your event begins.
